Contract for Les Belles Poupees Doll Show and Sale

June 28th and June 29th, 2008

 10 am until 5 pm Saturday the 28th

 10 am until 4 pm Sunday the 29th

Booth rental for this show is $400.00 per booth.  Booth spaces will measure 8'x 12'.  Each booth will be provided with two tables and two chairs.

Booth deposit must be made by April 1, 2008.  No reservation will be held without a deposit and no booth will be held beyond May 1, 2008 without payment in full.  Any monies received as booth rental will not be refunded if the dealer fails to notify the show promoter by May 1, 2008 of their desire to withdraw from the show.  Any withdrawal after this date will result in the loss of your deposit.

We also offer a limited number of booth spaces against the wall.  Please request this position in the showroom when you return your contract.  They will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.  If you have special needs, please let Karen know so that you can be placed in the best area for you.  We will try to accommodate all requests as best as we possibly can.  We ask that you keep your merchandise within the confines of the booth area and not in the walkways or the traffic areas.  No dealer will be allowed to have merchandise beyond the measurements of their booth space.

The showroom is easily accessed from the outside by a special driveway that allows dealers to pull to the double doors in the rear of the showroom or enter by a side door at the back.  Please unload and move your vehicle to allow others the same easy in and out provided by the hotel.  Parking is free to dealers and our guests.  However the hotel will charge for valet parking.  We ask that if you need access to your vehicle during the show, i.e. mold truck, etc. let the show manager know in advance so that you have a special parking certificate.  They are very limited.
