East Texas Doll Show,Sale & Competition

Please read the rules and regulations carefully.  They are available under Competition Guidelines.  See menu under Competition.  We have been asked to be more explicit in our discussion of the rules and regulations and in doing so this page has been updated and items that were once considered understood are now posted here.  There are no changes just more detailed explanation.  If you have any questions before entering please email me at etexdollshow@sbcglogal.net.

All entries must be received on Friday June 27, 2008 at the Hilton DFW Hotel in Grapevine, Tx between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  If you doll has been pre-registered, you will go to the "pre-registration" table.  If you are registering your doll at the show, please go to the "New Registration" table.  Registration cost is $10.00 per doll.

The East Texas Doll Show and Sale is requesting that the competition entrants pre-register their dolls for the competition.  For a number of reasons we have decided that this venue will be easier for the competition committee to keep an accurate record of the dolls entered and for the promotional team and judges to know the number of judges, ribbons and trophies that will be needed for the show.

You may still register your doll at the show, we will not turn any entrant away, we are simply trying to be more organized in our efforts to make this a great experience for you!

Pre show registration may be made online by emailing the form to the Competition Chairperson at odom6614@bellsouth.net on or before May 10, 2008.
